Split level house completed with stucco and stone in Montclair

Completed in April of 2014, this beautiful split level house got a completely brand new look. The front was done with cultured stone around the garage and the front entrance. We have also redone the staircase in bluestone. The owner picked an olive green color for the stucco and it is a perfect match for the brownish and yellow stone. We applied stucco on all the walls of the house and did about 3 feet in stone all around at the foundation. To match we also applied the same stone to both chimneys. As part of this project we insulated the entire house with an extra layer of plywood and styrofoam.
